EBP projects currently underway include the CALA Homes Hazledean project in Balerno (the RD&D component is funded by the Carbon Trust and Industry), an affordable housing development in the Scottish Highlands in conjunction with Scottish Sustainable Homes Limited and the DOZ apartment complex in Dubai (UAE) with Al Hamad Contracting Company.

The company also maintains an active product development programme. This is an important part of enabling dynamic breathing building construction to be used in different locations and under different conditions. Working in collaboration with manufacturing partners, certification authorities, and the building community, EBP are at the leading edge of dynamic breathing building technology.
